## Data & Methodology
- Source-backed fields: ACLED indicator ranks, fatalities, events, civilian-targeting events; UCDP category flags and dyad counts; IDMC IDPs, UNHCR refugee outflow, OCHA people in need, IPC 3+ share; FSI and GTI scores.
- App-derived display fields (risk_band, risk_score, trend, hazard tags) are UI abstractions and should not be cited as ACLED or UCDP measurements.
- MVP ships with a static seed (data/countries-risk-seed.json); ACLED rank fields are null until imported from a live pull.
