Political Violence Map is a static publication: a Leaflet world map, a 65-country watchlist, and short explainers. It answers three questions quickly — where violence is worst on this watchlist, what kind of organized violence UCDP flags record, and whether the app’s derived trend label is worsening or stabilizing.

It is **not** an operational intelligence product, a live event feed, or a substitute for ACLED, UCDP, or humanitarian agencies.
